Junior Achievement of Southeastern Michigan has been serving youth since 1949. Lessons are designed to provide relevant experiences and knowledge needed for vocational and personal success. Junior Achievement firmly believes in the power and influence caring adults can provide to the youth they serve.
Founded in 2007, Downtown Boxing Gym (DBG) was created to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in downtown Detroit. Offering free academic and athletic programming, the organization has positively impacted countless lives by supporting children’s growth from early education into adulthood.
